Lucas Gren
Dr. Lucas Gren has a Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering and is an Assistant Professor at Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg. He has worked with and help a diversity of companies both nationally and internationally. Lucas lead the agile transformation for three years at Volvo Cars regarding the group dynamics of agile teams. Lucas also has an Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, and Master's Degrees in Software Engineering, Psychology and Business Administration Management.

Per Lénberg
Dr. Per Lenberg holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Software Engineering, an interdisciplinary research area combining Software Engineering and Organizational Psychology. He has worked in the industry for over fifteen years as a software developer, team leader, project manager, and line manager. Per has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experiences in facilitating successful organizational changes in technology companies.

Robert Feldt
Dr. Robert Feldt has a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering and is Professor of Software Engineering (SE) at Chalmers University of Technology and at Blekinge Institute of Technology. He is one of the founders of the field of Behavioral Software Engineering, applying Psychology and Social Science to improve software- and AI-intensive engineering, and is considered one of the pioneers on applying AI and Machine Learning to software development challenges. He has published more than 120 peer-reviewed research papers and has been cited more than 12000 times. He is the representative of Chalmers University in the Wallenberg Foundation's AI research program WASP, Sweden's largest ever research funding program. Link to WASP: http://wasp-sweden.org

Richard Torkar
Dr. Richard Torkar has a Ph.D. in software engineering and is a professor of software engineering at the department of computer science and engineering (CSE), Chalmers and University of Gothenburg. He is currently head of the CSE department. Richard’s interests lay mainly in applying Bayesian analysis techniques for uncertainty estimations. Over the years Richard has worked in areas such as software testing, architectural debt, psychological aspects in software engineering, and causal analysis of experimental and non-experimental data. He has published close to 100 peer-reviewed research papers.
